About Linda

My interest in art began at 10 years old after winning first place in a local art coloring contest.  As the daughter of an artist I have been around and influenced in the making of oil and acrylic paintings most of my life. I enjoy putting on canvas in a realistic and somewhat impressionistic style the things that interest me. 

When living in Europe, I visited galleries and churches in England and Belgium This brought a whole new appreciation for the technics of the Old Masters' works. There is nothing like up-close personal experiences.

The Universe that God has provided for us is so full of wonder and beauty, from crashing ocean waves to the majestic mountain ranges. There is no end of the subjects to paint.
